Cashier attitude can be better food was good but whole experience out the window when treated poorly before getting your food .
Online order pick up at 11:30. They keep saying it’ll be another 1-2 mins and it’s finally ready at 11:55. Seems extra busy and nobody knows what they are doing. They redefined ‘fast food’.
I picked up chicken for my grandkids. They didn't have any original, so we waited in the parking lot after going through the drive-thru to have them deliver to the car. Very polite, and had all the right PPE for COVID-19. I felt very comfortable and of course everyone loved the food. - update 7/19/25: Drive-thru again. The person was patient when we were figuring out what to buy and polite when we finally made our decision. We chose whipped potatoes, and my grandson also had mac.& cheese. He loved it and ate mine. Lol
