Slow and very rude service. Charged my card a second time after I left the restaurant. Confused as to why that is. Locked my bank card because of it. Definitely sketchy employees.
KFC on alpine is the worst, take long time since for easy order or they don't have the food you order hey don't care about customers only money. I stopped going there
This Place. Seems like it's always one step forward two steps back. Today the chicken sandwich was really good, although the guy tried to charge me 4.99 when they have a big sign on the speaker $ 3.99. So he said alright I'll change it. Let me start off by saying, I like the food, now that they have reduced the outrageous pricing, FINALLY - My LAST THREE visits they have forgotten items or actually got the order wrong. I always get the same order. Previous two times, they have forgotten Gravy when I distinctively say Mashed and GRAVY. I’ve been trying to pick up an order for 30 minutes and they locked the door at 9:10 pm instead of 10pm. When I came inside before they locked it, I was told lobby is closed and I can’t wait inside for my food. Very dissatisfied with service.
