I've came here twice with a mobile order and was made to wait 15 or more minutes. The first time I chalked up to them being busy. The second time there was only one gentleman in front of me and only one worker. Come to find out everyone else was in the back. When cashier asked for help the manager stated drive thru was priority while I watched my dinner sit in a holding spot getting colder while drive thru was served. Don’t order delivery from this place you will be charged $40 for only receiving fries and gravy. DoorDash won’t re deliver or refund the full amount refund less than half for food you didn’t even get!!!!! Screw you kfc take yourself off DoorDash and uber eats because you suck
