Employees bring at home problems to work and take it out on customers. Was told to go to McDonald’s like I wasn’t a paying customer by one of the workers here. Management allows there workers to act however they want to loyal paying customers and it’s not fair. I contacted corporate to further investigate this employee. Take note this is bad for business!
Arrived at 10:45 AM, bought an 8 piece bucket/combo. Got home and it was no good. All dried out like it had been there for hours and since it wasn't, they must have just re-heated yesterday's chicken. It's unacceptable for what they charge for it not to even be edible.
Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean.
Finally got a chance to try this place. Entrance is Right Turn only coming from Route 5. Food was on point. Atmosphere is good as dinning room was clean and popping. Well lighted. Service was the down fall here. It took away from the Atmosphere and was disappointing. Front counter was managed by one person who also prioritized online orders and also preferred cashless transactions, which isn't bad as many have tap and pay.
