I ordered two chicken bowls and a chicken from both taste as if it had been in the bin all day. Just horrible. The location in Oak Park provides better service and freshly cooked food.
This is about the best KFC I have ever found. An older staff that seems to care.
No drive thru at this location, have to walk in to order. Food was good and fresh. Drink station was in need of a good cleaning.
Never wrote a poor review before but this place is no good. Placed an order to feed the family, was waiting for 1, 5 hours to figure out 5 minutes before they are closing that my food was given away to someone else. No resolution, no control who takes out orders… apologies do not help! Never again will order anything at this poor managed location.
