Lady working the counter ( not manager, dark hair and a lot of acne) was absolutely rude to every single customer including my husband and I. 2 people requested their money back due to the wait time. We got our food and the macaroni was room temperature. Chicken tenders were lukewarm. Our order of fries had 8 fries (not joking) at least the bucket of fried chicken was hot.
Went through drive through told us it work be 15 minutes for chicken to cook and to poll around front and they would bring it to us . Well 25 minutes later no chicken go it and they have to find the recipe he never gave us and took another 5 minutes to put our food together.
I went to this KFC after almost a year…Donovan help me with the Kiosk, the food was great, the new managers in this store are making the right decisions! Keep It Up!
Inconsistent service and food quality making this restraunt hard to rate. Sometimes spot on other times completely missed the mark. Customer service/ management leave something to be desired most of the time.
