Gave Kenny a call at 7 AM on a Saturday morning, and he still was able to come out immediately (locked myself out of my house). It turns out that just as he arrived, I figured out a way to get inside the house without having to utilize his services. Despite having to travel for 30 minutes on an early Saturday morning, Kenny was happy that I was able to get inside, and continued on to his next job. Even though I ended up not using his services, the professionalism showed by Kenny was evident.
RecommendedKenny was a TREMENDOUS help to me when I lost the key to my Mercedes while parked at the airport. He met me there late at night and worked diligently to get me rolling. I can't rave about Kenny enough! He provided quick, competent, professional service installing key code locks on my new house. He walked me through programming the locks and explained all the in's and out's before leaving. The key code locks come with a manual override key and he even took the time to re-key everything so my security screen door matches the override key (very convenient for me!) I got out of my truck and shut my keys in my car on the way to get dinner with my girlfriend. After many near successful attempts, by her �, at fishing them out with a coat hanger, I broke down and called Kenny. He told me he'd be there in 15 minutes. 12 minutes later he'd opened my door, got my keys and was making me a spare in his state of the art van. Can't recommend him enough. Call him first, before you damage your door or window trying to be slick ��.
