This weekend I contacted the team at Keyworth's about solar screens. I have heard all the rave about lowing electricity bill especially in the Texas heat ! I expected an estimate in about a week or so, and BAM! This morning they were out taking measurements, and I had my quote this evening !!! Highly recommended!!
Best hardware store I have ever gone to! Better than lowes and home depot put together. They also have the best popcorn!
The fast customer service, the community spirit, the wide selection, the special purchase deals, the national hardware access, the custom screens, glass, etc really makes this hardware store one of the best....they give back to the community and help you the second you walk in the door....great place to take your time and shop....
We live in Dickinson and my Husband and I have been in a couple of times over the last 5 years. It never fails, they are always awful rude. We won't return ever again! Plenty of other places around to go where you won't get trade badly. What a terrible way to represent your business. What I didn't understand mostly is that it was always the young high school looking employees that were rude to us.
Great customer service! Friendly environment, and willing to help the customer anyway we can!
