My key was stuck in the ignition. I went there and was told that he knew what the issue was and he can fix it. But he didn't. He was on the phone with a technician guiding him on what to do. So he told me it would be 250 to fix. So since he couldnt fix it. He charged me 95 dollars due to the fact he was trying. So i left out with the same issue and lost 95 dollars. Now i have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. NOT THE WAY YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS.
key way staff set an appointment with me and never showed up and didn't call. then I went to the office on 79th and the office manager was not there so I left my number and requested a callback..... I'm still waiting for the callback.

I just purchased a new key fob from Steve at Keyway, he was very professional and my new Key fob was programmed within 10 minutes. I'm so happy I can lock my car again using the remote!
