I rented my condo at Playa Del Sol Condominium 401 Cooper Landing Road unit 601, 2 years ago by Keyvest LLC Property Management. A ceiling leak started in my kitchen on March 4, 2024 it is now May and my lease is up in June. The leak continues to get worst and am concerned they are going to just patch the ceiling to get another tenant in when I move out to pass on this nightmare to another tenant. I've been waiting to do this review after I moved out, in fear my land lord may retaliate or become more difficult than she has been. This place is severely, poorly taken care of , you can tell the landlord did not want to invest anymore money into this place even after being made aware she had potential tenants . She didn't bother to make proper repairs to make sure the place was in good condition until my realtor, her company and we (the tenants ) made complaints.
