I booked our Greece Vacation using a Groupon and it was a breeze. The service is great their tour operators/agreements in Greece were wonderful people as well. There was even a little glitch with our flight connection from Istambul to DC and they paid for transfer and stay for one night until we got our flight the next day.

Had a blast in Sicily. Tour mainly with Aussies. Food was good, Too bad one day per town. Highly recommend it. We did have minor troubles at one hotel, power outage. But it was expected with the remodeling.

I would not book with Keytours again. Had a couple of issues with them and they were not willing to help. They kept referring to fine print. Finally gave me a supervisor who called me back only to say he hadn't expected to be on the call so long (10 minutes) and had to hang up because he had to pick up his daughter at daycare......no resolution. Airlines increase their airfares depending on their availability at the time of booking and we offer alternative dates if the prices advertised differ. The original hotel booked in Rome for the last night had some plumping issues and you were accommodated in a hotel nearby of similar standard.
