During the coronavirus pandemic Keystone advertised 100% refund if you need to cancel as long as it is outside 30 days. Which is the only reason I booked with them since we weren't sure what to expect with ongoing travel concerns. I cancelled over 60 days in advance. They are lying. They still charge $85 cancellation fee. At first they tried to say it was a VRBO service which was another flat out lie. VRBO itemizes this and they are refunding the $96 service fee. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever attempted to rent from. The first thing was, I received an email requesting my email address. That was strange. Then I received an email requesting I cancel my reservation because they didn't charge me enough. Before I could do this, they cancelled it, then informed me it would take up to 15 days to receive a refund. Extremely unprofessional all around.
Everything was perfect-the location, the weather, the amenities, the view. We look forward to visiting again soon!
