During the coronavirus pandemic Keystone advertised 100% refund if you need to cancel as long as it is outside 30 days. Which is the only reason I booked with them since we weren't sure what to expect with ongoing travel concerns. I cancelled over 60 days in advance. They are lying. They still charge $85 cancellation fee. At first they tried to say it was a VRBO service which was another flat out lie. VRBO itemizes this and they are refunding the $96 service fee. Our family loved our condo. Very clean amd well stocked. Great view.
My family had an amazing stay in February. The condo was very clean and inviting. Plenty of space to relax and had beautiful views. We loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. The booking process was easy and we had no issues. I will definitely be back.
My family and I love spending time at the Oregon coast. The accommodations provided through Keystone are beautiful, clean and have amazing views of the ocean. We stayed at Pacific Winds in Lincoln City. When we contacted Keystone direct to book our vacation, they were very thorough in answering our questions and the process was really easy. We will be back again! Thank you~
When my family come to visit we rent two condos at Pacific Winds, this condos are well stocked with anything you might need, they are spacious, thoughtful amenities, hot tub,best beds to sleep, fitness room, gym,activities room, and the cleaning is impecable, I do recommend this place with FIVE STARS
Lovely view, clean condo, and comfortable arrangement!!! 🥰 When I stayed at the Pacific Winds, there was a spectacular view of the ocean, inviting decor in the rooms, and all the cookware we needed to make our meals. My nephew, my dad, and I had some thoughtful conversations in the hot tub out on the balcony. It was a great time for getting away from the busyness of day to day to be with family at a beautiful condo. Thank you, Keystone, for your hard work to ensure that my time was memorable and enjoyable.
