Very disappointing. I chose this provider based on all the great reviews of the doctors, and this review is not about the doctors or the level of care they provide. My issue is the scheduling. I called for an appointment, and they were booked out 2 months. When you're having urology issues, 2 months feels like a lifetime. The first available appointment was in the Lebanon office, which is 1 hour 10 minutes from my home. Lancaster was much closer, but they were booked even further out. Dr. Hockenberry was very thorough in seeking a resolution to my Urology issues.
Service was great everyone was very professional
Dr. Lessans demonstrated a high degree of competence along with a friendly and caring style. My office visit was at the Lebanon office. The staff was friendly and professional, and my wait time was minimal. Dr. Lessans provided a thorough exam along with cystoscopy. I have confidence in the diagnosis and believe it to be 100% accurate. My issue will require surgery and I’m very grateful that Dr. Lessans will be providing that treatment.
