Efficient and thorough care by Brad. He reviewed elderly client's medical history before choosing safest antibiotic for the situation, rather than relying on client's memory. Kudos ! Will definitely choose this site for any future needs.
I had an infected hangnail which sounds really silly. But it was pretty bad and it hurt really bad. The staff here were warm and compassionate and Brad was excellent in his care. I had to make a return trip a few days later when the antibiotics weren't knocking the infection back, so Brad used a needle to drain it, doing so as gently as possible to ease my discomfort. I've been to urgent cares where there isn't anything approaching the level of compassion and care in received here. Thanks Keystone!
