The worst place. Latest appointment is 2:40pm but they make you wait in a room for 1 hr. The receptionist seems like you are bothering her for trying to check in. She also just leaves the front desk empty without a note to check in across the hall. Wait an hour, see you for 5-10 min and bill you hundreds of dollars. Don't waste your time here.
I am leaving a review because I think the world of Dr. Evans and Carol Roach. You have to wait everywhere you go I don't hold it against them. They are both the most understanding, kind, intellengent, empathtic, caring doctors I know. They have helped me so much with my body pain. They not only treat your back but they take care of all of you!! C. Denise
Keystone Spine, and specifically Dr, Evans are sad indeed. I've had 3 appointments and one hand never seems to know what the other is doing. The offices are brand new and beautiful, but don't be fooled. My last appointment was yesterday 10/14/21. I arrived 10 minutes early. I had already done the pre-check in. We waited in the doctor's office for 35 MINUTES and no one showed up! I walked out in the hall and there was no one around.
