Keystone was an excellent company to work with. They allowed us to view the granite slab prior to cutting to size for counters, so we knew the granite matched the sample and exceeded our expectations of it. Unfortunately the granite cracked during cutting for the large island counter. It’s a natural stone and has fracture points that are not always visible and can’t always be accounted for. Contracted Keystone Solid Surfaces to replace our granite countertops and backsplash with new quartz countertops and backsplash. The bid process was fair and the showroom made our selection easy. We chose to have the countertops and backsplash installed from matching material. The installation was done to our satisfaction, and working with Shawn and his installers made the process easier. The finished product was what we had expected, and we would not hesitate to use Keystone in the future if a new project arises. T.S.

They did a shoddy job with the silicone that attaches the sink to the counter and it came lose after less than 2 years. They are going to charge us $300 to repair their poor workmanship.

I checked out some stone cabinets when I was at Home Depot. They use Keystone Cabinets as they are third-party to measure create custom fit and install the countertops. Keystone was extremely kind through the entire process. We needed the countertops to be redone before we sell the house. They were efficient in their time. I put tarp down on the new carpet so they wouldn’t touch it. And they did well with, keeping the carpet clean, keeping the floors clean and dry fitting my old heavy sink back in to the countertop.
