Rob Ware not only did an excellent job repairing my damaged roof after Hurricane Helene, but also went above and beyond by helping clean up debris in the attic.
Keystone Roofing especially Tyler is responsible for any problems with my Velux skylight. I was told that he had a “death in the family“, and that’s why he was three weeks late, are you serious? My mother died two weeks ago. And though I know it’s hard, I don’t believe it, and you still have a business to run. He then said that he would call on Tuesday and nothing. They have no interest in Velux service. For this, I would not trust them to do anything with my roof.
Tyler did a great job on my roof very personable informative promptly dead what he said he was going to do and my roof looks great no problems
