Greg Bishop has zero customer service. This company allows homes to violate the HOA "rules" and has the audacity to get upset when you bring them to their attention. I know they're only upset at themselves for not being competent enough to solve the problem, but they need to hold themselves accountable. No wonder they are rated 1 star.
