Do not rent from Keystone Residential. Racists. They start off kind and then show their true colors. I have filed a complaint with HUD, the Better Business Bureau, and the city (Louisiana Department of Justice, Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity and the Louisiana Attorney General).
Keystone is the best! I have used them for the past 10 years managing our rental property. In particular, Mechelle, our rental manager, always went above & beyond. Whenever we needed a repair service, she was quick to provide us with quality contractors. Don't try managing your property yourself I tried it and it's not worth the hassle. Call Mechelle at Keystone!
Keystone was a trusted partner managing my property for years while I lived out of state and then eventually helped me sell it. The property stayed rented the entire time they managed it and they took care of all the details. Once I decided to sell, they were my agent and in less than 5 days I was under contract with a buyer. Their service is top notch and I would highly recommend them!
If I could give negative stars I definitely would. Terrible response to people trying to rent!!! Went to a showing of a very nice house for a good price, told Mechelle I was very interested and asked if I could call her with any questions… she said definitely. Well I emailed her immediately… no response. I called and she was NEVER available, so I left multiple voice mails and left my phone # to be called back multiple times . No response.
