Wow tried to rent from them just to talk to me like i'm broke saying I cant see the property until I do an application and get approved for it ! . I think they have an issue against Black ppl ! when half of baton rouge is BLACK ! they attitude is VERY NASTY AND DISGRACEFUL! DONT RECOMMEND RENTING IF You’re BLACK !!!
This has to be my worst experience ever.I called to ask a few questions about the application process.And I was greeted with the rude lady on the phone like always people don't know to talk to people wouldn't recommend them And im noticing in the reviews, everyone who's given this place.A good review seems to be white. Kind of odd
Keystone is the best! I have used them for the past 10 years managing our rental property. In particular, Mechelle, our rental manager, always went above & beyond. Whenever we needed a repair service, she was quick to provide us with quality contractors. Don't try managing your property yourself I tried it and it's not worth the hassle.
