We hired Keystone to do a master bath and hall bath remodeling project. Mark comes across as a stand up guy. First impressions are deceiving. It was an awful experience. Sometimes God’s children are very, very disobedient. 🤦♀️ The PM Dave gaslighted and bullied me. To the final straw being the shower which was a train wreck. No spacers used. We are so happy with the team from Keystone, specifically Dave, our Project Manager, who did an excellent job coordinating all the moving parts — scheduling contractors, keeping the timeline on track, and making sure every detail was handled properly. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the process. Our basement remodel turned out to be amazing, which we owe in large part to Dave and his team. Would highly recommend!!
