Anyone who gives him a negative review is lying or insane. Best realtor I've ever dealt with, hands down.
He talks too much and never stops to listen to his clients. He was supposed to be working for us, the sellers, but I felt like he was working for the buyer. Because of him, we've learned our lesson and will never use a realtor again.

Rulon was great! He helped us find our home last year and even though it really is a sellers market he really helped us through the process. Great communication with us and the sellers. Because of the market we had to really hop on a house when it got listed because they kept getting snatched so fast. We would call him up and he would drop everything and make himself available at a moments notice so we could look at the properties. No pressure sales approach!
