Do not be fooled by the positive reviews you see here. They are not trustworthy. I have had nothing but problems since I signed the lease. I attempted to put in a maintenance request after being in the house for 8 weeks. I was told that I should have included the issue on my movie in check list. The issue was electrical and unsafe. I ended up having to report it to codes to get the issue fixed. (there were many other issues with the house sagging floors that were covered.) The company, in 2016, when I originally began using the company to manage my property had high reviews; in moving forward it was proven to be the opposite. The company had us pay for clean up and item removals by GM Lawncare, in 2016. We return in 2019 and can see the items remaining that we paid to have removed years prior when the property was a rental property. After the tenants moved out they claimed to have used all of the tenants deposit and requested more money from us for repairs. From there the company kept asking... read more
Do not ever rent from this company! They are a totally incompetent unorganized rip off company. They cannot stick to any schedules, their maintenance workers have no knowledge in maintenance whatsoever, and they refuse to give back deposits. They also make up bogus fees to charge when you move out. After speaking with an attorney we were told they do that all the time because the fees are less than it would be to fight them in court. They have a reputation of ripping people off. STAY AWAY!!!!!
BEWARE!!! Current Tenant who was charged a service fee that was unjustified and nobody in the office would speak to me directly to get it resolved they would only email me because they know they are wrong and a bunch of COWARDS. They changed the reason I was being charged 3 times and none of there reasons showed me being legally obligated to pay. I moved from out of state and this has been a horrible experience. I found multiple properties online and each time I would call Keystone I was told that property rented just moments ago. So they employed a high pressure technique as it was approaching my move date and I needed a place to sleep. The lease was signed electronically and my daughter picked up the keys for me.
