Terrible communication. We made and offer on land and the there was a deed issue. We were told that we would be notified when it was resolved and it is not contingent. Very disappointed. UPDATE: The company reached out and we discussed the issue. An acknowledgement of why we were upset was greatly appreciated and went a long way.
Spent 3yrs trying to sell my office building with a local agency whose primary focus was commercial real estate. It went nowhere, and communication had dissolved to nothing. We contacted and changed to Misty Rohaly at Keystone Realty and within the first month we had numerous showings and an offer. She handled everything efficiently, professionally, accurately. She helped us navigate the speed bumps that occurred and got us to a successful closing. I can’t sing her praises loudly enough. She’s a star!
Kim!! That’s all I have to say. If you need a realtor go to Kim. She was so patient and kind with us. Anytime we saw a house we wanted to see, she’d drop everything and meet us there asap. She’s great with kids, gives great advice. She is hands down one of the best! No complaints.
