I worked with Ted purchasing a bank owned home in Bountiful. At the time he had buyers in place ahead of us, but assured us that he would contact us if anything changed. Things changed. He got right to us and made sure we had our ducks in a row while he negotiated a competitive price with the bank. Through his efforts we ended up with an incredible price on our home, the bank was happy, and Ted got a sale. Win, win, win.
