Keystone is a great place to rent from. They respond to problems quickly and do their best to work with anyone renting from them. They also do their best to keep their cost of their rentals affordable in this difficult economy. I highly recommend them.
I'm sure they have better properties but what keystone considered move in ready is a million dead cockroach organs, they fall into my toaster! So fun lol..not. idk how many times ive gone without food because dead roaches fell on my food. William could have at least put in cupboards that aren't dilapidated, hot glued together, and full of roach carcasses. I am currently in the approval process for a property from Keystone. From the start they have been communicative and easy to work with! Seeing the property and meeting the on site manager was a breeze and good conversation with him. Can’t wait to finish the approval process! Thank you to everyone who has helped me from Keystone!
I was initially unsure about working with Keystone Property Management, but I have to say they’ve been professional and responsive in my experience. As a tenant, every request or issue I’ve brought to their attention has been handled efficiently. Communication has been straightforward, and they’ve followed through on what was needed. If you’re considering Keystone Real Estate, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My experience was deeply devastating and resulted in significant financial loss and emotional stress. William Smith misrepresented the status of my tenants from day one, falsely claiming one was under Section 8, and retained $4,300 in deposits that were meant for property maintenance.
