If you’re considering Keystone Real Estate, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My experience was deeply devastating and resulted in significant financial loss and emotional stress. William Smith misrepresented the status of my tenants from day one, falsely claiming one was under Section 8, and retained $4,300 in deposits that were meant for property maintenance. Just moving in. So far so good. They went over all the leasing information and gave us time to read it, and also answered questions people generally ask, to give us as much information as possible. The person at the front desk is very welcoming, and my dog loved them. Dogs are the best judges of character. So far, a great experience. If this review hasn't been changed, then expect the same for the duration of us living here! Edit: Been here about 2 years almost and they are very kind.
