I rented a apartment form Honeycutt rental and then keystone took over,they send me notice of the change never came to inspect before taking over. To make a long story short they are horrible charged me for pin holes in wall basically took my whole deposit they are worthless to me and I will never tell a friend of mine to rent from them. Those money hungry people.
I got no response from them and had to get back my money for the application fee
Fairly easy to communicate with, but the staff will mislead simply to sell you on a property, then backtrack on anything they’ve said and take as little responsibility as possible. Most of the maintenance requests were simply ignored or excuses were made to avoid doing any work. Get everything in writing or otherwise they’ll take zero responsibility.
I have been a renter for over a year now and so not have a complaint. The agent is quick to reply when I have a question or issue
