Could not be happier or more impressed with KPMM. In the past five years, regardless of how minor or major the maintenance request, they are always super responsive and helpful. In one instance, I lost my house keys and a friendly and helpful staff member met me at the house with a spare set of keys within 20 minutes of me reaching out. I have had nothing but good experiences with KPMM. Alicia, Eli, Jaime have all been extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I can’t think of one complaint! I had a time sensitive issue and Alicia went out of her way to make the property available to me as fast as possible.

The owner of my property has been with KPMM for several years now everybody in the office goes above and beyond, they treat you like family. They always try to make sure that you’re satisfied no matter what your need would be keep up the good work Alicia your doing an awesome job.
