This place will tell you anything to get you into their properties. I moved to St. Louis and was unfamiliar with the area. I rented a loft above what i thought was a restaurant and it turns out it is a night club that plays music that rattles the entire building until 3am. Maybe i should have done more research or maybe you shouldn’t build housing above night clubs.
Have had several negative interactions with the management team. They are a shady group who will do anything to twist things and get any extra money they can. Be very careful IF you decide to choose this company. I do not recommend.
Great staff and best view in the city!
The company I work for has had a contract with this KC site for years and I have personally worked with management through a variety of dynamic and costly situations and have only had good experiences to speak of. They are reasonable people who work hard and have integrity. Also, this old KC landmark building is very cool and has probably the best view in KC. I have been on/in many buildings in a 28 year career and this one has the best views IMO.
