Have had several negative interactions with the management team. They are a shady group who will do anything to twist things and get any extra money they can. Be very careful IF you decide to choose this company. I do not recommend.
Great staff and best view in the city!
The company I work for has had a contract with this KC site for years and I have personally worked with management through a variety of dynamic and costly situations and have only had good experiences to speak of. They are reasonable people who work hard and have integrity. Also, this old KC landmark building is very cool and has probably the best view in KC. I have been on/in many buildings in a 28 year career and this one has the best views IMO.
Deanna has racially profiled me and called a name I wish not to repeat due to Mexican friends. I'm just white guy with a nice tan. I was offended but did not cause a scene. I highly recommend to find a different property to lease from. There are many other places in Kansas city without being degraded by a bitter unhappy woman
