Did a great job and was knowledgeable about what he was doing and explaining what he was able to see. He also went above and beyond for me. He measured 4 of the bedrooms in the home I was purchasing so I could get carpet laid in them. Overall was Worth the price and I would recommend his service. We will be using again in the future.

When you buy a property it’s always in the back of your mind of what could be wrong that you don’t see. That’s why a thorough inspection is crucial. My sister used Cory when she bought her house and I met him there and was able to get his card for any case I might need an inspection, as I was please with his work. When purchasing a new property, there is a long checklist of items that need to be completed. When the new property requires an inspection, it is often difficult to decide which company will be the best option. Cory did our pre-dry walk and pre-close inspection last year and was so detailed and thorough. We called him back to do an inspection before our 1 year warranty was up. He was here almost 3 hours and found some things that will save us money long term and make sure our house is “healthy”. Thanks Cory
