I've had a very good experience with those that work for Keystone. And Chris has been amazing to us. I see where others have posted negative posts. I get that. We all have a bad experience someplace. But for me and my roommate, we'd recommend them. Friendly and have maintenance over very quickly. Very easy to talk to also.
We lost everything we owned due to their negligence and never got anything back. Our insurance company denied our claim 2 weeks after an adjuster had seen the damage and approved it. We are still recovering financially from this tragedy. No apologies and blamed for their incompetence.
I'm a new tenant with Keystone, and I'm absolutely impressed with how well they manage their properties. Rent is fair (considering the market), maintenance is very quick, and the properties are very well kept!
