Had a great experience with this pharmacy after an initial hiccup. My wife received calls regarding a prescription we weren’t familiar with, and we ended up speaking with a wonderful young lady named Naomi. I had a missed call, so I contacted this pharmacy since, I didn't know what this place was. When I learned about Keystone, I assumed it was a scam because my doctor had submitted my prescription to AtoZ pharmacy. However, after talking to Noemi, she clarified how they received the prescription, how Keystone is a compounding pharmacy, and how they also provide free delivery. I placed my order after getting my questions answered . If you call here I recommend for you to speak to Noemi, she will answer your questions!!!
My hubby received his compound from Keystone and could not stop talking about the excellent customer care he received. He spoke with Neomi or Naomi, not sure if I'm spelling it correctly, and she explained to him about the self-life of his prescription, something we were unaware of! Because of the heat and other factors for us not to store it in the bathroom. Amazing, certainly recommending to everyone.
I called this pharmacy to get my prescription and I can say that the customer service is amazing. I spoke with this young lady Naomi and she answered all my questions I had. She was not rushed to get you off the line. Definitely recommending to my friends and family.
Excellent pharmacy. Really nice people who patiently answered all of my questions, great service overall, and quick delivery. I highly recommend them.
