I love this place. I have had 2 epidural shots. The staff and doctors are extremely polite. The doctors explained everything that was going on the whole time. The shot took 3 minutes to get and I was out of the office in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Keystone Pain Consultants. For anyone getting an epidural shot, it was not nearly as bad as I was expecting. You have nothing to worry about, just a little pinch from the needle.
Keystone Pain and Dr Dwarki have been absolutely wonderful and have helped me through every ache and pain I’ve had. The Bower Hill office has been a lifesaver for me. The staff is nice and helpful and Dr Dwarki and his side kick assistant Mike have great bed side manners and are a joy to talk with. As for pain management, I can honestly say I’m so glad my general surgeon recommended this place. They have done a wonderful job and have really helped me. I was given poor care at a local very large provider. I was so happy when I was referred to Dr. Dwarki at Keystone Pain Consultants. He is THE BEST-- knowledgeable, listens, and kind. I'm so grateful that I have the best care now. I cannot recommend him enough.
It's been a work in progress. There have been times when I felt I was not being respected very much, or something along those lines (it was one or two specific people at the time), but things seem to have improved since then, and hopefully will continue to be okay. Will check back later!
