I’m grateful for the help of Matt Hawksworth In straightening out my Bluetooth reception. He was patient and took his time. And they got the job done. Also, in the past, I have been grateful for Julio’s help at the Berwyn location. and I have been helpful for Pierre‘s help and figuring out how to post this review.
Need more communication about what's happening with parts/service, was told information about employees time off, and when service was completed we were 'crossing our fingers' that they got it right. Didn't instill a whole lot of confidence, even though I trust the service team is doing their job, it's the advisor that was difficult to work with. ***Update 9/29/26 - I have called Benjamin Stein twice and left messages with no reply. Hoping that posting here will encourage him to call me back. Thanks.
Benjamin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous! He knew immediately what the problem was and in less than a day it was fixed.
Very professional service.
