I had a very good experience at Keystone. I worked with Sev. She was friendly, helpful but not pushy. She answered all my questions, even after the project was done. She walked me through it step by step. The service was great and fast. The granite I chose is beautiful. The templator was patient with me while measuring and the installers made sure I was happy with the outcome. Can’t do better than that!
It is uncommon to find such a wonderful company to work with. Every step of the process at Keystone, from the day I walked in, to the final install, was customer-friendlly. Sev stepped up to explain the process and discuss options, including more cost-efficient ones. She was excellent, and always delivered on any promises including pricing and scheduling. Very happy with our quartz countertops. Install was quick and easy.
The company did a phenomenal job. I like the fact that I could actually see the slab my counter top was going up come from and they weren't just showing me samples. They made sure I was going to be happy with what picked and gave me time to decide no pressure. Very fair proces compared to others and I have something you don't see in many houses. The seems are flawless. And it looks beautiful.
If I could give Ken and his crew more than five stars I would. My contractor referred me to another company that he prefers to work with. I decided to shop around and found Keystone. Ken at Keystone quoted my granite half the price of the place my contractor sent me to. In addition, he gave a first responder discount since my husband is a firefighter.
