Dan is a God Saint. I had a complex situation and every bank I talked to made the matter more complicated. I called Dan and explained everything. He took his time explaining the process to me ( and my family ) , scheduled phone meetings , and had patience from the very beginning. Dan has been an awesome resource to have as our Lender. He really provides all the options clearly for someone who is not well versed in this field. He is patient and very responsive and knowledgeable. He has been helped us with multiple home purchases and after comparing other Lenders to Dan, he has always come in at the lowest rates for us!
