Horrible service over the phone, lady is useless
These people won't email your test results? Makes zero sense. I'm from out of town. Absolute disgrace of a place.
I have been using this lab for my drug tests, and while the customer service is decent, I have one major complaint: they often don't answer the phone. I've noticed the phone ringing multiple times, and it seems like they purposely choose not to pick up. This lack of communication can be quite frustrating.
Matt is a skilled phlebotomist! He was fun to talk to and made the whole experience pleasant with the most skilled needle insertion and blood draw I could imagine. Nothing hurt. We had a good chat, and all was professionally and quickly done!
