Starting with my first phone call to make my "New Patient" appointment, I was treated very warmly and professionally. I was given verbal instructions and text instructions on what I needed to do prior to my first visit. The transfer from my former physician who is retiring to this new physician was very smooth. My records were transferred, my medicines were accurately listed, and I knew exactly where to go!
