I want to commend Albert Duran for his efficiency, patience and excellent customer service. He is a pleasure to speak with, always quite polite, with a good sense of humor. He's given me excellent advice and I have received 2 policies with awesome coverage at a very reasonable price.
I have never dealt with such a hard working, effecient and knowledgeable agent as Virginia. She is always on top of things and communicates with me often on a daily basis helping me find and secure a new contents policy. She's quick and accurate each step of the way. As with all insurance companies in Florida, they play the " hurricane " card and charge you ridiculous annual rates for homeowners insurance. There has been no real hurricane damage in my area for more than 15 years, but you get burned anyway. Twice as much for HO premiums and less coverage than my Michigan rates
