Today, Thursday 8/20/26, Andy and Cody came to the house to install a NEW furnace. I have never had to put a new furnace in any of my previous homes, so this was a new experience. Andy and Cody arrived on time, and were very professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Andy explained everything that was going to happen and after the old furnace came out and the new one was installed, he took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat and showed me everything he did downstairs in the basement. Andy and Evan did a great job installing my new A/C and furnace on a very hot day. Both were on time, very friendly and professional. They cleaned up and hauled all the old stuff away. Really pleased with this process!
