Greg and Keystone are 5 STARS all the way! If you need HVAC work in Racine, you are crazy to call anyone else. They stand behind what they do and are HONEST! Great people and great company!
Called Keystone today to have a second opinion and the entire team helped my parents out. Greg and Dan were on it. 2 hours later, they showed up and fixed my parents AC unit. Another vendor said the system needed to be replaced… Thank you for saving my parents before the heat. My mom said Dan was wonderful and kind. Thank you again for your kindness. I recently had central air not working so I called Keystone recommended by a neighbor. I have to say from the first call taken by Lecci in the office I was so impressed by the professional and personable communication that I felt like I mattered. (Hard to find now days) They sent out a technician the next day. Adam was the best also very professional and personable. We noticed our 20 year old furnace stopped working. Of course it was a Friday night. Weather was not too cold, so I called Keystone (neighbor recommendation) on Sunday evening requesting a call back on Monday. We received a call promptly at 8 am. We were set up for a service technician to come out the same day. She even asked us if we wanted an estimate, in case the problem could not be fixed, (given the age of our unit). We did.
