Very disappointing and unprofessional nurse wanted me to respect her time make sure I am home when she schedules but didn't call or show up a couple times then got upset and hung up on me when I was home waiting all day for nothing and hung up on me along with my major health issue she made it worse I reported to supervisor they did nothing sent the same nurse that I ask not to send she was rude disrespectful and had no care about m y health issues
KeystoneCare Home Health and Hospice is WONDERFUL! Everyone there is kind, attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. The facility is homey and comfortable. All of the staff seems genuinely interested in the comfort and care of their patients as well as the patients' families/loved ones. I highly recommend this hospice facility. Thank you!
Keystone gave my husband the gift of a peaceful transition, which was comforting to me too. The staff and everyone at Keystone was loving and professional. After he passed, I joined the bereavement group at Keystone. This has become a community of support. Our leader Christine calmly guides us through discussion with much empathy. Very much appreciated.
My wife was at home in hospice except for the last 3 hours of her life. The care she received was more than I could ask for. I have a wonderful grief counselor from Keystone who has helped me for the past year with individual counseling and group counseling. I couldn’t say enough good things about everyone I met at Keystone. I will be forever grateful.
The staff here are angels from heaven. They all made a sad situation not only bearable but beautiful. Clean environment, respectful, and kind staff.
