We purchased a home in October 2016. Despite the multitude of problems that were noted, surfaced, and addressed within a year, there continue to be issues up until 2024. In March 2024, a hose located between the first-floor ceiling and the second-floor floor leaked, causing a gush of water to come down through the first-floor ceiling.
