I saw Sindhu Gopalaswamy, DMD at the keystone urgent care for a small crack in my filling, she took x rays, states she would fix it once I was seen by another dentist, but at the time they didn’t have one on sight, I never received a call back meanwhile my filling was never fixed and this is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever dealt with, poor communication and lack of regards for patient care.
If you are looking for a good family doctor who will show how she cares about your health, don't go to doctor Deborah Adebamowo, MD. I had an appointment where they had me waiting for a while on the waiting room, so they called me in and I saw the nurse, and waiting again until they came in (not the doc) to tell me they didn't know where the doc was and they saw on my files that I wanted a TB test and they would add the request for me, trying to make me leave without seeing the doctor. Everyone nice, They treat you like family.
#1 they are difficult to find #2 they are not open for walk in people in crisis until 3pm #3 people in crisis are not told clearly to return at 3 when they are open for there ER office and are not sent to an alternative open office prior to 3pm. #4 people in crisis do not need the ER --they are too upset to deal with any type of wait and whatever else an ER might subject them to.
Always get me in for an apportionment when needed with my Doctor or midlevel. They take care of me and are great especially Danielle Ritchey!
