This place is pure trash. Staff is trash. Bunch of druggies who allow their personal lives to be out in the open. Even seen one of their employees at a detox center. DISTURBING.

I wouldn't send a cat or dog here. Staff takes a million and one smoke breaks. Medical technicians refuse medical attention, give residents other people meds. Residents have been left in urine soaked clothing. People get lost or go missing. Half of they people they hire are drug addicts.
What don't you recommend about Keystone Garden Estates? Everything
NO PROPER ORIENTATION. Staff always playing smoking roulette. Staff eats when feeding residents. Most alarming , orientees left on floor because mentor left( emergency, but still NO SEASONED STAFF ON FLOOR. There has to be better places for your loved one to receive proper care
