saw a dr williams and then to get a second opinion from his buddy from the chambersburg office. Not at all happy with the service. All I was , was a cash cow from my insurance. They kept selling me items that wasn't needed. Got two different stories from both, and the second dr P. from Chambersburg was quite cocky to say the least. Rude. Wont be going back. Wasted time, money, and my insurance!!!!!! Horrible place, and service rude.
Dr. Paganelli has been treating my feet for over a year and a half for nail fungus. He's been trimming my nails and helping the condition improve greatly. I've had it for years but never seen my feet look as they do since he's treated it. I've done what he instructed to do at home and that has helped! I have arthritis so I can't get to my nails to cut them properly so I go to him. He's quick and does a nice job. One visit here and I'm not going back. My entire visit was a total of 13 minutes...in the door, to the room in less than 2 minutes, doc spent less than 10 minutes with me and then out the door. After the visit, I read my progress notes via the patient portal and learned that he thought he had been with me for 30 minutes! I also discovered that he "diagnosed" me with nail fungus, which I do not have (and he did not tell me that I did) and that he also shaved down my calluses.
