One visit here and I'm not going back. My entire visit was a total of 13 minutes...in the door, to the room in less than 2 minutes, doc spent less than 10 minutes with me and then out the door. After the visit, I read my progress notes via the patient portal and learned that he thought he had been with me for 30 minutes! I also discovered that he "diagnosed" me with nail fungus, which I do not have (and he did not tell me that I did) and that he also shaved down my calluses. Was seen immediately, x-ray in house, and the doctor came in very quickly. The doctor seemed like I was wasting his time because I had a good prognosis and no fracture. I guess my feet weren’t gross enough for his standards. The office was lacking in personality but got the job done. Not sure I’d go back there because of their kind of pompous bedside manner.
