Associate lied about where they get the flowers from. Told me they could get a hard to rose for $60 a dozen when they are about $32 a piece. They were shut down because owner has written bad checks and has warrants out in other states for the same.
I called from several states away to order an arrangement for same day delivery. We discussed what I would like and they sent me a photo of the flowers and they also double-checked locally for the appropriate delivery time and location. Flowers arrived on time and in great condition. Excellent customer service.
