Wondering if anyone who has worked with Ron has a copy of his insurance number? We went with keystone exterior after numerous consults and unfortunately fell for his pitch. After months of delays, had the roof and siding replaced. Roof has a leak and Ron has apparently ghosted. If anything, can warn others about using this company/contractor!
This is an update to a previous review of Keystone Exterior Solutions. As noted in the previous review, which I have deleted, KES did a lot of work for me from 2020-22. First, KES removed an old bow window and replaced it with a patio door. Then, after Hurricane Ida, KES replaced the patio door, along with 7 windows, 4 exterior doors, tiled the new kitchen floor, installed the backsplash, and built a new patio with EP Henry blocks. Keystone exterior put up insulated siding on our home back in 2018. The crew that installed it, we’re very professional did a great job and in two days it was done. There was no loose nails hanging around or any trash or anything. It was all cleaned up since then our house has been very quiet from wind and noise outside and in the summertime with it being insulated. Without running so much of the air conditioning. Keystone did a great job. 4 years ago they Provided windows roof siding with all top quality and very energy efficient materials. Plus very competitive pricing. Then Just this year we called them back and they replaced our kitchen and we can't say enough good words about this experience. We highly recommend Keystone. They are a very reliable business with great communication and even better pricing.
Ron and his team did an outstanding job of replacing my roof. Completed in a timely manner. Good job cleaning up and removing debris. Easy to work with and performed at a competitive price. Highly recommended
