Terrible company.. our house was a total lose due to a fire and the engineer they sent said sandstone foundation wasn't damaged due to fire and denied thru insurance. Foundation shows charred marks on multiple areas of foundation and the heat alone was enough to ruin the foundation Charles Churches wrote his entire report biased the insurance company and included not a single picture of the foundation where the charring was. My experience with Keystone Engineering was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about the professionalism, communication, and objectivity of their inspection process. As a homeowner, I expected an independent, thorough, and objective engineering evaluation. Terrible report. Completely inaccurate and it feels like this guy was in Statefarm’s pocket.
Absolutely atrocious company they are bought by the insurance carriers however karma has reared its ugly head as you guys are now wrapped up in a pretty serious bad faith claim coming your way along with video evidence from my home when you showed up saying one thing on video to me then intentionally lying on a report that was submitted to the carrier carries hefty penalties!
This is a terrible company. Due to their arguably biased report, we were denied insurance money that we needed to repair our home from a storm that occurred on 5-8-2025 in McAllen, Texas. I am convinced that Lemonade Insurance and this company work together to deny claims. Beware of this company and Lemonade insurance.
