Insurance company hired them to come inspect my roof. Was told it would take 4 weeks. On 2/10/23 was went they were contacted for their services. 2/18/23 inspector came out said two weeks max report will be sent to my insurance company. Now we are 6 weeks in from original contact date. Now going into 4 weeks from the inspection still no report. Had to pay for a new roof out of my own pocket due to the lack of professionalism and prolongation of this company. Do not recommend this company for any one to use.

This Company is a joke! They were hired by my insurance company to come out and do a roof assessment after Hurricane Ian. It took them forever to show up and when they did, they wouldn't talk to me or take the time to review the entire roof. They were mad because it was taking so long to remove the tarp. The company said we only lost 70 tiles due to wind damage, which is a complete joke. If my entire roof is tarped, how did we only lose 70 tiles? Whatever you do, stay away from this company. Cold-emailing is spam and will always earn a one star review from me. Stop sending spam under the guise of a business relationship. EDIT: They're claiming they don't, or it's someone else, but there's literally no incentive in the email other than to gain business for themselves. It's not phishing, it's advertising.
