Star rating Should be a minus This company has taken my money and not showing up anywhere. I bought a truck from a company that bought it and sold to me financed through this keystone . The dealer agreed to sell it for 45,000 , I have the seller 14,500 their fees took it down to 12,000 as a down payment . So the final part to be financed should have been 33,000 the way I see it. Rates will kill you with too much hidden fees, they don't abide by the contract, and force you to pay unexplained fees. Take extra care if premier finance suggests you to fine through them keystone. Me am here regretting because I thought reviews w're biased, now I've learnt it a hard way. Yes I was stupid don't fall a victim
Current customer trying to get rid of this contract, even after trying to payoff they are charging me 15% of early payoff. Stay away.
Do not use this company if you do you will regret it They don’t offer any online service. No details about loan balance or principal. Another $500 to close to loan and it’s not in the contract. I will give them zero star. Bad attitude hard to work with them when you facing a hard time. Do not do business with them
