I’ve been going to keystone dental every since I left my childhood dentist. I got covid in December of last year, and they told me I wasn’t allowed back until I had 2 negative covid tests. When I called to reschedule they told me I missed 5 appointments and am no longer a patient there. Very unprofessional and very untrue. I never even rescheduled an appointment after they told me I needed two negative tests so how they have 5 missed appointments after that, is beyond me. Horrible communication, I do not recommend.
