I wish someone would have warned me to stay away from this builder, I signed contract in 2020 October and I was informed that the house will be ready in 7 months but the initial meeting itself they delayed and completed design choice after 6 months and still waiting for the construction to begin, I send follow up email every month, they stopped sending me response from past three months, I paid 7% deposit of ng hard earned money, I don’t know what I should do now. We love our new Keystone home! The best thing to know about this process is that it is a human process and therefore it will not be perfect.
